Yoga for every body.

This class includes full body flows designed to connect you to your body, mind and breath. Each week we follow a theme designed to provoke thought and explore the central nervous system, while moving the body.

Thursday 7pm - 8pm

Friday Beginning and Basics 6pm - 7pm

This class is ideal if you are a yoga beginner or returning from a break. We cover the why of yoga and the poses we practice. Lots of options are explored in the poses, so the class feels accessible for every body. If you’ve been wanting to start a yoga journey this is the right place to begin.

YogaCore 7:15am - 8:00am

NEW CLASS

Yoga with a spicy difference. YogaCore is more of an exercise based class, using yoga asana inspired moves with body weight to help build strength in the body and the mind.

All my classes are now based at SMART Qualifications 99 Fengate, Peterborough. With plenty of parking at the front and back of the studio.
